Once upon a time one of my best friends Charlotte had a birthday. But by accident I forgot about it, because that time was a hard period in my life and besides I had a lot of work. And as a result I didn’t prepare something special for her. But I couldn’t go to her birthday without anything. And suddenly I found two absolutely the same cotton quilt and sham sets in my wardrobe. I even didn’t remember how these sets appeared in my wardrobe. Did I bought it or someone presented it to me? But that time I didn’t care about it. I had no choice and without thinking I took one of these sets and went to Charlotte’s birthday party. In general, it was very nice and beautiful bedroom set. It was pink color with wonderful print of beige flowers and it looked very posh. When I came to Charlotte I was nervous a little, remorse preyed upon my mind. Charlotte liked to open her presents in front of all her guests. As it found out I wasn’t the only who presented her a bedroom set, may be this her friend forgot about her birthday too or he is a very good friend and looked through all online stores searching the best bedroom set for his friend. But when she took my box and opened it she was rather glad, but I saw disappointment in her eyes. When the party was break up, Charlotte asked to stay and to help clean her apartment. She was a little bit angry. AS it found out this quilt and sham set she presented me to the last Christmas and she couldn’t believe that I presented to her her gift. I was very embarrassed. I didn’t know what to say. But she promised to forgive me if I would make her another present, as I did. And now I try to write who and what present on this or that holiday that the situation with Charlotte will not repeat.
